*According to SiliconDust's website http://www.silicondust.com/products/...run-ca-canada/ the CA version is the same as the US version. That was something that was bugging me but it appears it's not an issue.
**Newegg's deal is at $79 and has free shipping, but it comes out to about $89 due to tax where I live. So depending on your tax situation, Newegg may be as good. You may want to check both sites. I don't know taxes in other provinces so I'll leave it to you guys to sort :)
