Home Costco: Ove Laundry Tub, Includes Pull-out Faucet $199.97 (clearance $100 off)

I'm renovating the laundry room, just bought ikea cabinets to go beside it, shopping for countertops now.

Costco prices ending in '7' = clearance, was $299.99. I have no idea stock levels, bought the last one at my Costco.
