Just saw the sign on the table outside The Source -- $0 smartphone, no contract. I'm already on Bell prepaid so I didn't bother inquiring for the RFD community.
Not sure what the deal is but there might be a $35 activation fee. Likely the best deal is to snatch the phone and call after to cancel. The Bell Mobility pamphlet had plans that were not the slightest competitive with those $50-60 unlimited voice and 6GB data plans posted here on RFD and looked identical to what was posted on bell.ca:
