I just returned from the Winner's at Yonge and College St. They had quite a lot of 7 for all Mankind Jeans for $79.99. Lots of styles to choose from. They also had several True Religion Jeans and Shirts (At a different price point). These usually retail for $230+ at Harry Rosen.
They are right by the Men's section on a circular rack with a "Designer" display tag. There are some more shirts and stuff by the entrance closest to the Jewellery section.
