I know it's probably not the best quality laminate but I found Lowe's is clearing out some laminate flooring for $5 or less per case. Details are as follows:

I bought mine at the Lowe's in north Scarborough (Steeles and Markham) but they had 16 cases at the Vaughn location and I was told there was at least 40 in Newmarket with stock also in Pickering. Definitely YMMV but I thought for $5/case it's a great deal.
