This is similar to the other Paypal cashback promotions we've seen in the past.
Instructions:
1. Register for the promotion by entering in your Paypal e-mail address at the above link.
2. Make a first purchase for any amount from a Canadian/US merchant (I believe eBay.ca has counted as a Canadian merchant in the previous promos)
3. Receive 5% cash back on all purchases thereafter (excluding tax and shipping). Cash back appears in your account on either July 8 or August 01, depending on the date of your transaction.

Receive 5% cash back on your second purchase and each purchase thereafter through June 30, 2013 (excluding tax and shipping), when you register for the gear up for summer fun cash back promotion and, make a first purchase from any participating Canada or U.S. merchant using PayPal as the payment method (the "Offer"). Offer begins on May 16, 2013 at 12:00:01am EST and ends June 30, 2013 at 11:59:59 EST ("Offer Period").
