Apparel Mexx at Vaughan Mills - 40% off select (most) items and 60% off clearance

I was in the Men's section at the Mexx in Vaughan Mills. They are having 40% off most items (even regular priced items). The sign says select styles but I would say 60-70% of the store is covered under this 40% discount.

Men's accessories are all 40% off.

In addition to that, clearance items are 60% off.

As with all outlets, sizes vary. I got a bunch of small sized items.
