Received this in the mail today (sorry for the poor quality as scanner isn't working). You get free HD Channels starting at channel 600 on your Optik TV. Plus, if you purchase a Samsung LED Series 7500 or 8000 TV you get a $200 rebate or purchase a Samsung LED Series 7100 TV and get a $100 rebate before November 30th, 2012. Not sure if this was sent to all subscribers and it requires a unique rebate code, so YMMV.
